The customer support is accessible via WhatsApp, although take into account their time difference. The current design is actually updated from what their photos show; instead of the plain Cylinder, it has a curve, as well as a shim for 7/8" tubes, so the 7/8" being sold out is not a problem. I searched high and low for one after-market, and it's rock solid and kid loves it much more than behind the back seats.

We got this for our spare bikes in Canada (we live in the UK) so we could use our Mac Ride with an old quill stem Giant bike. Worked perfectly and we had several happy rides as a family. Love our Mac Ride!
