Seems fine, but sinks quickly

I've found that the pellets seem to sink too quickly unless they are placed gently on the surface of the water and not touched by any agitation or current. Once that happens, to the bottom of the tank they go. I end up using more food than necessary. I do not have this problem with Fluval Bites, Community flakes or the such.

My Exclamation Point fish seem to be too small to eat it yet. I received my order of shrimp today, and we’ll see how they like it once they get settled in the tank. So far I’ve tried it several times. tried it several times.
