HF Baresandals IV – Ergonomic Footbed & Ultra-Lightweight Barefoot Sandals

I ordered these items on April 24. About two weeks ago i emailed to find out why i had not yet received my package. I got an automated response about high volume and someone would get back to me as soon as possible. NOTHING. A few days ago i went online to try to figure it out. Got into the vendor chat. Delivery company is not the one i was told it is. Neither of them have my items. Items arrived in Los Angeles May 19. (I live within 5 miles of the airport.) Chat bot said it was escalating my order. And i sent an email. STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED WITH ANY STATUS OR UPDATE!!! And to top it all off, i have store credits that i planned to use once I received my order and tried everything out. However, those credits expire June 1. I am not spending money on more items from a company when they do not respond to inquiries and cannot deliver product in a timely manner. Love the items I currently own, but they need a US warehouse.

Buyer Beware I have purchased multiple pairs of Hike shoes. These are 1 1/2 to 2 sizes too big, but my regular Size 6. I sent a message to Hike 2 weeks ago and response was we will get right back to you with a solution. Still no response.

Too thick and too stiff. Nothing like my barefoot shoes. I'll give them away and not take them on my Mexican Riviera Cruise. I doubt any breaking them in will help.
