Fantastic for Gut Health
I have a chronic health condition that sometimes causes cellulitis, a bacterial skin infection, requiring me to go on 10 to 14 day rounds of strong antibiotics to get rid of it.
The last round I had I made soup for lunch each day adding a double serve of Populate. It's the first time I haven't had gut problems etc following the course of antibiotics.
