Great Service

I accidentally damaged my reel while trying to repair it myself and ended up buying the reel service and sent it completely in pieces. They did an incredible job they put everything back together, fixed every issue, and it came back looking and performing almost like it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I highly recommend their reel service to anyone needing a reel repair.

Although, it did take about 2-3 weeks to get it returned I would still say it felt pretty fast. And it was totally worth it the process was so easy and they returned the reel even more new than expected! Couldn’t give enough thanks!! Will now only be purchasing reels from Florida Fishing

Very Timely Service/Concern with Reel Handle

After a hiccup with UPS routing my reels all over the country before finally getting to FFP HQ, service was turned around quicker than quoted. The original Osprey 8k I had was returned looking and functioning like a brand new Resolute. My Resolute 8k was returned cleaned up after a relatively basic service and ready for action. The whole process was straightforward and a piece of cake. I will say, within a month or so of getting the reels back, the knob on the Resolute's handle came off. I'm not sure it's related to the service because the reel had handled some 20lb red snapper just fine shortly after the service. I plan to reach out to the team to discuss the reel handle and I'm sure they'll take care of it!
