Kakuobi Deluxe Silk

Very nice obi

I decided to try the silk obi after using cotton ones and am very glad I did. The saya does slide smoother when doing sayabiki but when worn tight to my hips, the iaito or bokuto is still very well secured. I'm very pleased with how this obi performs.

Smooth, thin and very comfortable.

I have been practicing iaido for over 20 years, so far with a cotton obi. The silk obi I just bought is thinner and wonderfully smooth to the touch. Saya slip off more easily and the material looks wonderfull. It's pleasure to hold it.

Beautiful Silk

This is my first Silk Obi, and it is well made and holds the Iaito perfectly in place. This will most likely be my main Obi to wear.
