Delicious and safe for those watching blood sugar

I bought this to make into cupcakes. I used melted butter instead of coconut oil and a cream cheese frosting made with monkfruit. It was a big hit with my family for the 4th of July and a special treat for a diabetic family member who had given up desserts. This was safe for him and thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve ordered two more yellow cakes and a cookie mix. I also ordered a chocolate cake mix from Amazon.

It still tastes great!

It doesn't have sugar, but it has monk fruit as a sweetener. It is delicious anytime of the day, but especially with coffee!
