大変しっかりした生地です。縫製も確かです。刺繍も入れてもらいましたが、仕上がりも美しく、また素早い発送でした。

Sizes completely unrealistic to real body measurements

Got the jacket and the pants of the highest quality based on my height and weight. When received the items there was so huge I could put another person inside it without feeling too tight. Now I'm facing a tremendous agony returning it back having to bear the cost of the delivery back to Japan which is over £100 worth as well as them deducting their own shipping cost from the total refund. It's a total rip off and I would caution anyone to purchase from them without the confidence that one can return it with a free collection and not be penalised in such a horrific way which almost evaporating entire purchase price from all those deductions. Rate of reply is slow and inefficient. The telephone number does not function either during European business hours or Japanese business hours (there is a answering machine in Japanese which your guess is as good as mine what it actually says…) If a company sells the item of garment without the privilege of returning it for a full refund and a free delivery then the entire process is futile and Financially reckless. Beware!
