Vitamix Explorian E310 Blender

Well sized for my kitchen.

I was considering the S55 model, but decided that I like a minimum 2 horsepower motor. E310 model is powerful and compact. The 48 oz container is perfect for 1-4 servings. It is also affordably priced for the high end blenders. I use my blender at least twice a day, so I am very happy with this selection at JL Hufford.
