Emotion Friends™ (SHIPS OCTOBER)

I originally ordered these in May of 2025 and received them this week, June 2026. They were originally meant to arrive in August 2025. Many excuses were made, possibly legitimate. Regardless, over a year later, no refund or personal apology to be seen. I had ordered these when I was practicing as a therapist with children. I am now working with exclusively adults, so the product is a year late and no longer useful for the purpose I purchased it. Customer service aside, the products arrived untrue to advertised quality. The printed emotion friends were not smoothed down, so the quality was well below standard expectation. Not to mention, the mixed emotions friend was excluded. I initially was excited about this product and valued supporting a small family business. Unfortunately, from start to finish, it's been a significant frustration and an utter disappointment. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I wish I had some positive words to give.

Even though the wait was looonnnggg, it was worth it! Great quality, vibrant colors and nice size! My special needs students will love them as much as I do! Thank you!
