only towel wamers answered all my questions VERY quickly, even during the holidays. they matched the price of a competitor with no problem. as it was out of stock for all resellers nationwide, they offered a discount on another model, but i held out for this one. it looks great, and warms very well. great customer experience, and good product. have had it almost a year, and using it daily during this cold snap.
