Sparkles Stardust is exactly as it sounds. Soft delicate sprinkles of a starlit night. It goes very smoothly and shows beautiful over a darker color such as Luxio Fortune. It is also shows very subtle over a light color such as Luxio Coy. Pares perfectly with Pasties Winter Night Holo Snowflakes! Love it 🤶🏻
