Good product, AMAZING support

First off: the product works exactly how it should, which is a good thing since Lexus left us without a real solution. The videos, while good, are not exact for each car model and type (especially the hybrid) so I'd recommend you watch all of them and if there are any discrepancies or confusion, contact support. My video left off a key connection so it wasn't surprising when it didn't work at first. That being said, the support team's dedication to getting my install working was truly above and beyond. They traded emails, diagrams, and more time on the phone than I could count to make sure I figured everything out. In the end, yes, the videos left out some information, but ultimately their level of support made up for all of that. With winter coming I'm really excited to be able to pre-warm the car again and will be recommending this product and especially this company to everyone. Thanks!
