The smell was so wonderful when I opened the little bag. I made lavender syrup for my coffee that was amazing. I do wish the cost to ship was less than the product as I live 2 hours from the farm in Texas.

Lavender honey ice cream

Bought the culinary lavender for a lavender honey ice cream. It worked beautifully. The taste of the lavender really shines through without tasting soapy. Excellent quality, great product.Would purchase again.

It is wonderful. I crush a few buds into the coffee basket to brew with my coffee and I don't think I'll ever make coffee any other way ever again. I made the vanilla lavender sauce from the recipe book...mmmmmm...I made a chocolate pudding with milk that had soaked some buds. I didn't think I could love chocolate any more than I already do...surprise! More adventures to come!
