Great quality, durable, and low maintenance. The only issue I’ve had is it takes 4.5-5 hours to get up to temperature over a banjo Burner, if anyone has any suggestions on a quicker method using propane I’d like to hear it. I’m not interested in electric since I start my spirit runs at 60abv
