Color Difference

I bought this Oatmeal bedding set around two years ago and recently purchased another pair of pillowcases after two of the originals tore. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that the colour of the replacement pillowcases is noticeably different from the original set. The original bedding had a beautiful warm cream/vanilla tone, whereas the new pillowcases are much cooler and greyer, with more of a natural linen look. This isn’t a case of the original set fading or changing colour over time. I clearly remember how beautiful the bedding looked when I first received it two years ago, and the warm cream tone was one of the reasons I chose it. I went back to some videos people posted on TikTok it was the warm tone. The difference is so obvious when the old and new pillowcases are placed side by side, as shown in the screenshots from the video I took. On the left it’s new pillowcase the right is the old one. I specifically purchased the same product expecting it to match my existing bedding. This is beyond minor variations between batches. Very sad that I can’t have matching pillowcases anymore.

A little disappointed in the quality. Found quite a few long sewing threads. If these were cut off the overlooking would have come undone. I tied these off before I cut the excess thread.
