This rack has more features and options than I could imagine. It cannot be beat for the price and my wife and I love it. I did have to add some oil to the pulleys and they are as smooth as butter. I've been bragging to all my friends about how great this rack looks and how great it is. James is the greatest customer service that exists. He helped from the shipping all the way to putting it together!
