Not work the money

I tried to call and text about my purchase. No one aswer me. I will definitely not purchase anymore. I bought 4 of the tweezers. None of them work.

Before very good , very happy when I use your item , but now not good anymore , spend $ 250 for 5 twizzers just work only 15 client max and cannot use anymore, this is worst money 💰, too much and too expensive when I pay $ 50 for 1 tweezers work only couple clients, 2 both. 10 items / 2 times , feel very wave my money for expensive tweezers but not worth , I call complain owner happy give me one new tweezers cannot work , she send me one new , I thank you , but still 1 tweezer she sent still not work, I call she said will send me back but I waiting, I don’t know she forgot but still not respond to send me new tweezers

Horrible because I never received my tweezer order. Even though I called and talked about I don’t get my order yet...she said she will check and get back to me which she never get back to me.
