After using it twice my blue and yellow like does not work anymore

I love how light it is and neat and very lovable it is. By using two times ago im starting to connect with it and can not wait for a gradual result, but today when im using it the third time my blue and yellow light doesnt work anymore. This is very disappointed because i paid 300 something for this item hoping to atleast use it for a year. So over all i dont know the result because i can only use red light now. Would likw to return
