Right out of the box you know these are high quality. The way they look, the way they're built. And the wood grain is even nicer than it even appears online. They fit straight away, too, without having to take them for any adjustments. They're perfect. And I want to give a nod to Philip in Customer Service, too. I had a little hiccup with a previous pair of Shwoods, which he resolved quickly and generously. The whole experience with these guys is top notch. I couldn't be happier.
