Nice piece, but--

I bought a pair of teardrop horn tunnels in 1" 'gauge'. They are nicely made and a pleasure to wear, but-- --The oval is so slight that you almost have to know to see that they are not round. --The catalog size is 1". In fact, while the major diameter is just a skosch under 1", the minor diameter is almost a 1/10th of an inch less. This means that, if you have a fully stretched 1" lobe, the fit will be 'relaxed'. This combines with the relatively shallow flanges. I have not had the piece drop out but do worry about it. Finally, I only have one stretched lobe, so I seriously wish Tulsa would sell these things by the piece rather than the pair. Nice, handsome piece for a snug lobe but I wouldn't wear them to play soccer!
