Noticeable Improvement!

I put these on all of my plate carriers, both for exercise and work and have seen a ton of improvement in comfort over long periods of use. My shoulders and sides aren't getting hot spots anymore, and the pads themselves are so soft and clingy that the carrier itself doesn't shift around on my body any more than my clothing allows it to.
