Excellent performance - hard wearing

This lens is the second of two Vorso spin bases purchased recently. I bought it to use alongside a Vorso Electron. I am new to owning spinning tops of the quality manufactured by Vorso. To my eye both spin bases perform brilliantly, easily compensating for my sometimes erratic spins. Invariably, despite my efforts, tops quickly become centred. I added this model for two reasons. First, with its screw top lid, it is readily transportable. Second, I wanted to be able to abuse it in a manner I baulked at with the more expensive Electron. So, apart from spinning tops on it, its intended use, I have also been dropping the lens out of its tin and spinning a gyroscope on it at an rpm an order of magnitude higher than anything I could achieve with a top. My choice, of course. The lens has coped just fine.
