I have never been one for waist trainers, but a friend of mine convinced me to try this one and I'm so glad she did. I have lower back issues and I wear it more for back support and it is absolutely amazing.

I absolutely love it! It's adjustable, breathable, and it doesn't hold sweat like previous ones I've had. I wear it to work every day. I also wear it to work out and I would definitely recommend this one!
