I do like the color and the way it fits my sofa however I wouldn’t call it a velvet. It’s more like a heavy flannel type fabric

Fits great!

The covers fit perfect and the fabric is great. Much thicker than expected for the price. I bought these to cover my chairs that my cat made his scratching post. Bonus, he doesn’t scratch these! I’m guessing due to the soft fabric.
