Great pet door - a little difficult to set up

This works great for a pet door - especially since it allows use of the entire sliding door for people (unlike with pet door inserts for sliding glass doors). We had some difficulty getting the RFID sensors set correctly. We had to replace the batteries in both of them immediately, and just last night, the receiver would not react to the tags. It is fixed now - it turns out the cable to the receiver came a bit loose and it is working great again. I highly recommend it - just takes a little patience at first.

Auto slide

This is by far the best accessory I’ve ever added to my sliding glass door works as advertised easy to install, except more attention needs to be placed on the shim for the track because I would imagine nine out of 10 doors need to shim the track to match the wheel we love it

Best slider ever.

We had an automatic slider before that was noisy and intermittent. This one? Silent. Only the noise of the door opening. Precise calibration of the pet tags was quick and easy. The door only opens when they’re actually within range.
