Easy to use, and seemed to work consistently

I needed to check improvements in friction in swimming pool. This worked great for before and after measurements and gave me consistent and expected results. However, to be noted is that this is measuring SCOF and current measurement used is DCOF and as such measured values are not anymore "legal". As I wanted to see the effect of modification we did, seeing relative improvement gave me confidence that we did the right thing. As a bonus we exceeded limits of old standards, so this was useful for me, and I do not expect to use my measurements as an evidence or contractual figure so I am satisfied.
