Miraculous! I love this stuff!
I have a rather large shower floor (27 sq. ft.), and I've been cursing the contractor that built it for years! The tile has been like an ice skating rink when wet, despite its rather small individual size (about 4 in. x 2 in.). I bought a quart of Stone Grip and still have enough left over for another coat, and that's AFTER putting two coats on there. It's transparent after application and really works! Instead of water beading or making it unsafe, Stone Grip makes it "grippy" and not rubbery feeling. One coat may have done it, but I wanted to put down two coats and left each on about 15 min. before neutralizing. It's really easy to apply. It doesn't smell, and you just need protection for your skin. I hope it lasts a long time, but I'd gladly reapply, because it really works, and now I feel safe and don't think about my contractor! I should have done this years ago.

It works
We installed large scale porcelain tile around our pool with a slip rating of R11. However stepping out of the pool and walking in wet bare feet felt very slippery and dangerous. I applied Stone Grip and left it on for 18 minutes, rinsed it off, and voila, it worked. Nice and grippy. Not like concrete or cool-coat, but much improved. So far very pleased. Not sure how long it will last and I wonder if the etching does any damage to the tile surface. But so far, so good.

This stuff really works
I have a brand new shower and the tiles were very slippery. I followed directions and applied slip doctor to the tiles for approximately eight minutes. Marked difference. No longer am I slipping on the tile floor. Your product is significantly cheaper than bruises from falling or broken bones. Really do I highly recommend a product, but this is the exception.
