Mandrel Stem 2", 1/4" Shaft

The extra length stem is great for reaching deeper into a hollow form's interior. It works better than a drill bit extension on a regular mandrel stem.

Quite Soft Metal

While I haven’t found a suitable replacement yet, the shafts on these stems are way too soft for the job. I’ve even had a ~4” one bend badly from the force of sanding the interior of a deep-ish bowl. Keep working on a good source for these!
