I like my belts tight and this buckle does a better job of rolling than the standard buckle and I would recommend this style buckle for anyone else that cinches their belts tight. p.s. thanks Beltman for the offer of assistance on the USPS caused delivery issue.

Looks great on a black belt

Along with my order of a Black Quick-Ship Belt with a Chrome Buckle, I got this Antique Silver Roller Buckle to see if I might like it. I knew I would like the Chrome but was curious about the functionality of a roller buckle and this finish. I used the Chrome buckle for a few weeks and it looks and works quite well. I swapped over to this Silver Roller buckle and my initial impression has been very good. Initially I was worried that it its slightly larger size or the textured roller might be a touch too "showy", but it is not very much larger than the basic chrome buckle and the dull finish looks good with the black belt. For casual dress I prefer the overall look of this silver buckle over the chrome version. As an FYI, I observed that the prong is slightly thicker than the basic chrome buckle, creating a slight resistance when fastening. It is very minor and does not affect its operation and I do not anticipate it will negatively impact the belt, I just point this out as a detail.
