Seenin - Zip Back Footed Sleepsuits

I have an 8 year old son with ASD. I bought two of these suits to prevent him for taking his clothes off at bedtime. Delivery was quick and in first impressions they were good and did help with the bedtime stripping. Unfortunately after 2 wears one suit had a hole in the toe. I contacted special kids co initially but so far they haven’t agreed to replace the item. The price is a premium already and to have it damaged already is disappointing.
