Gray Epoxy Paint Primer for Interior & Exterior Floors

Buyer Beware

After reading the reviews of satisfied customers, I ordered a primer and top coat as described on the Slip Doctor web site. After applying each with the recommended roller nap, it remained tacky after a week. When I called customer service to enquire, the rep said I had the wrong product for a garage. When I asked how I would know that, he said it is not readily evident on the web site. I returned one unopened gallon at my expense. When I asked other questions, the rep put me in touch with a tech person who was very terse with his response without any elaboration. The second mistake I made was to order the tree components suggested for a garage application because it didn’t work - poor appearance, sticky under foot. Before and after this application, I was in email contact with a very nice tech support person. However, after 50 emails between Jul 5 and Jul 28 and following his suggestions the floor didn’t dry in spots. Cars were kept out of the garage. I also purchased painter’s spike shoes, as suggested, to avoid footprints while rolling on the paint. After 2 weeks, we needed access to the garage and parked one of two cars only to see tire marks. There’s got to be better ways for treating slippery floors. Now, I have to also pay for hazardous waste for the leftover materials. The job should not have consumed so much time and money. Last point, I can’t imagine doing this job in other parts of the country (I’m in Northeast US) with higher temperatures and humidity.

Great Paint For My Aluminum Deck!

Made a fireproof deck out of bleacher boards and used your paint to cover it. Went on smooth, dried quickly and its holding up Great! Thank You, Bruce

When I spoke with customer service about a repair project on a fire boat these guys went out of there way to help me the primer did what it was supposed to do and the extreme anti slip paint was exactly what I needed to match the texture of what was already there
