Anti-Slip Spray for Fiberglass and Acrylic

Slippery shower

We recently had a new walk in shower installed for safety issues. However the shower floor is so slippery that it is not safe for us to use. We are in our 80’s. Our installer suggested Anti Slip spray from Slip Doctor. It worked just as advertised. One can covered the shower floor (3’x5’) with 3 lite clear coats and some left in the can. We are very pleased with the results and do not fear slipping and falling. We do not know however, how the product will hold up or how long before we will need to repeat the process. It was such a simple and quick remedy that redoing it down the road is not an objection for the peace of mind regarding safety concerns. Of course time will tell regarding durability. We remain optimistic .

This stuff is great!

My bathtub was like a skating rink and I was looking for a product that would resolve the situation. I just followed the directions, roughing up the original slippery finish, sprayed the anti slip on , and let it dry for the required time. No more ice rink in my tub.
