Very happy with purchase

Ordered a box unfortunately when it arrived it did not come with as many items as expected. I asked Barks and Bunnies as this was my first time ordering if this was a mistake. They confirmed they had accidentally mixed up my order with someone else. I understand mistakes happen, they sent out the rest of the items the next day. I finally recived the rest of my items and my rabbits were very happy with them. Overall the box is worth the amount you pay for it and contains some great quality Items.

I ordered 3 of the happy bunny multi plus boxes with specific instructions for what I would like and dislike to be in the boxes. To my delight my requests were strictly adhered to and all of the products selected for my babies were perfect and of high quality. I can’t wait to give them their Christmas presents, I know they’ll love their gifts as much as I love them. We received the Barks&Bunnies Multi PLUS box today for the first time and it was an exciting event for all! Both Bunny Girl and Chicklet were excited about their new toys and goodies. I was really happy to be able to provide them with these more natural products since I cannot get these at my local pet stores. The handwritten postcard to my girls was a nice and appreciated touch, although they decided it would be better to nibble on.
