Brilliant customer service and products

Absolutely brilliant product’s, they listened to our order note about bunny liking balls and she got a new ball toy which as become her favourite, they were very professional when reaching out to me saying the payment had expired before they collected it and requested for me to pay for the box again which I did, however they still sent the box out which was very kind!

Beautiful presentation, good value for money and great fun!

My bunny was over the moon with the selection that came in this Happy box! Barks and Bunnies took into account what her likes were and what items she'd previously received to give us a fab mix of new treats and toys. Easily enough in this box to share between two rabbits, but also perfect for spoiling one bunny too!

Amazing, as per usual

Exceptional quality items and incredibly good value for money! My bunny loved her box and had a fantastic birthday, all of the items were well suited and my notes for the box were very closely followed. Will definitely be ordering again, I love the surprise of finding out what they are getting and especially like that I can have a say on what my babies are getting whilst also not knowing exactly what it’s going to be.
