I ordered over two months ago - nothing has been shipped I’ve been told multiple times by customer support that they would be shipped “this week” (for the past 4 weeks) and shipping still has not updated

2.5/5 The hoodie feels solid and has decent hardware, but it’s clearly a cheap blank with added branding. Mine arrived with loose stitches before washing, and the sizing is way off — I’m 6’4” and the 2XL is huge; an XL or even L would fit better. I paid £60 on sale, which feels fair compared to the £150 retail. With better stitching, materials, and fit, it could be worth £200. However, the brand’s reportedly aggressive and unprofessional attitude hurts its image. If they improved quality, pricing, and professionalism, they could genuinely succeed.

The fabric is durable and the finishing is excellent. It's a bit heavy, but I'm so satisfied with everything else! I want to buy it again! I'm 171cm and 55kg, and I bought size M, but I think I'll get size S for my next purchase. If you like an oversized fit, I recommend M!
