Excellent Breakfast Cookie

This cookie is sweet, but not too sweet. It is a breakfast "biscuit" that can be enjoyed any time of day.

Satisfying treat, not overly sweet

While named “breakfast biscuits,” these little cookies are perfect for when you want a little after meal or evening snack. We like that the texture is light and the sweetness level is more typical of European than U.S. bakery treats. Yet they have a richness that makes a serving of one or two cookies satisfying. (Okay, sometimes three!)

Ciambelle

I purchased these delicious cookies while I was in Canada border several years back. At a Italian market store, I have kept the empty bag all these years. I have been enjoying the cookies but I cannot eat it all one time! 😎 Thank you for doing a great job wrapping the cookies, they didn’t break any at all !!
