Everything I had hoped for

I’m restoring these old Realistic Mac 2 speakers that were stored for over 30 years and all drivers internal wiring and crossovers needed replacing . The cost and the quality of these tweeters stupidly outweighs the speakers value, but I really wanted to do a high-end Tweeter for it. It was a gamble spending £500 whether it would give me what I wanted but it certainly did . It gives a wonderful detailed sound and is far more engaging to listen to than the B&W diamond tweeters in the speaker behind it. I also purchased the Dayton Audio 15 inch woofer and I’m very pleased with that as well. This has totally transformed my old friends.
