Northern Lights Matte Paste

Nice smell - good but not overwhelming hold - not dull or shiny finish - good natural look. Replaced another product that wife didn’t like the smell of - this is a big improvement.

Simply the Best

I recently returned to Northern Lights after switching to a different brand to mix it up. Shear Revival’s product is simply the best. The texture, hold, and scent are top-notch.

Not what it used to be

This has always been my favorite product and one I always come back to purchasing. The last time I bought this was 1-2 years ago and this formula feels very different. Previously I could use this in damp hair and let it air dry and still get a touchable medium hold with mostly matte finish. Now it doesn't work in dam hair at all. It's heavier and greasy. It still works okay in dry hair but even after it sets it's not nearly at touchable as it used to be.
