Wrong plug for my needs

We chose this power supply plug instead of the DC (cigarette lighter type) by mistake. Lofta was able to switch it for the right plug in out for my needs. This is a replacement power supply plugin for a ResMed mini. What I needed was the plug in to a small battery bank to run my Cpap (ResMed mini) while camping. Thanks Lofta team for switching those out very quickly and pleasantly.
