Very happy with it. I thought the handle and sheath would be the same type of wood, but otherwise can’t fault it. It is very effective and fun in the garden. The blade is very nice craftmanship.

I have been searching for a Japanese hatchet like this for years - absolutely perfect. Excellent sharpness straight out of the box, and the 白紙 (shirogami) steel is hard enough to be durable, but easy enough to keep razor sharp without too much effort. The craftsmanship of the saya is also wonderful. ありがとうございます！
