These pillows have improved my sleep quality immensely. I have tried different brands over the years and I had never experienced such quality. I am obsessed with them. Purchased two more for my partner.

I bought the medium fill which is quite firm but very comfortable but if you like a softer one I suggest you get the soft one to try. I would highly recommend these pillows
