Extremely Poor Quality – Not Worth the Money

I was genuinely shocked by the quality of this pillow, especially considering the price. You would be better off buying a basic pillow for less than half the cost, as this one offers nothing extra. After just one night’s sleep, the pillow was completely scrunched up and had already lost its shape. I also woke up with shoulder and neck pain, which is the opposite of what I expected from a premium pillow. The company advised me to fluff the pillow daily to maintain its shape, but I don’t believe a pillow at this price should lose its loft after a single night or require constant maintenance just to provide basic support. Overall, this is simply a basic pillow with nothing special about it, and the quality is extremely poor. Customer service was equally disappointing, as I was only offered a partial refund despite the product clearly not meeting expectations. Unfortunately, I feel this has been a complete waste of money and I would not recommend this pillow to anyone.

King size pillows purchased. Please note you will need to buy king size pillow cases. So far pillows are great. Supportive and comfortable with luxury of feeling like you sink into the pillow. Great rebound to date don’t stay flat just what I was looking for.
