Lumintop FWAA Copper – 1600 Lumen EDC Flashlight

my fwaa copper came with a gap in the bezel and something rattling in the head. i tried to tighten the bezel down or take it off but it wouldn't budge. i shouldn't have to tear apart a brand new light and fix it just because their quality control has gone down the drain. i tried getting in contact with customer service but it's been a week since i've heard from them. this is the 5th or 6th lumintop light i've purchased but it will absolutely be my last.
