Griddle n' Grind Chocolate Chip Pancake and Waffle Mix

I bought this mix because of the great reviews. The initial bite was " I will never buy this again", after a couple more bites, I thought it was decent, but the stevia flavor is overwhelming. I put unsweetened strawberry compote on the second day and it was better, but again that first bite hits you and then you get used to it. The nutrition profile is good and I felt full for several hours with one serving (makes 2 pancakes). I think it might have been better without the stevia (or maybe a little less).

I like it.

Make pancakes almost every day for a protien boost and amino acids in the morning. Taste good and great morning boost. Wonder if there are even more healthy things you can add int o it though, like maybe creatine. Even though it's super easy to make the pancakes, an instructional video for the non-cooks wouldn't be a bad idea. My first try didn't urn out too well, as you can see from the pics, but I learned quickly.
