As a private chef, vanilla beans are IMPORTANT to me and my products. My last two beans from you (probably 9 months old) had gotten rather wrinkly and dry, so ordered more MEDIUMS, and put the wrinkly ones in sugar. Your beans are worth the money. There is NO comparison with store-bought ... thin, few seeds, old, pricey.
