Great chair. Difficult assembly.

Overall, it’s a great chair. Exactly what I was looking for. However, because of the screw design for the arms, it is very difficult to assemble. Alignment of the holes is hard. The holes in the arms are recessed behind the cushioning. I had to go by feel, not sight, so getting the bolts perpendicular is a matter of luck. McCombo should provide bolts that screw into the arms as a first step. Then it would be a simple matter to put them thru the frame holes where a simple nut can secure them.

Recliner arrive promptly but was missing hardware. I notified MCombo and had the missing parts 3 days later. Can't thank Gabrielle of MCombo enough. Chair is good quality, and it was nice dealing with a company that made sure I was taken care of.
