The worst online shopping experience ever

I've always had good experiences shopping in-store, but this has been by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Since I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or provide any information about my online order, I'm leaving this review instead. I placed my order online on June 25, and more than two weeks later, it still hasn't even been dispatched. I contacted customer support multiple times by email. The only response I ever received (on July 2) was that my order was "unfulfilled" and that it would be escalated for investigation. Since then, I have received absolutely no updates, no follow-up, and no response to any of my emails. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but ignoring customers for weeks without any meaningful update is simply poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed with Velocity's online service, and I cannot recommend ordering from their website based on my experience.

I’m not a flare person however maybe I am now after these pants so comfy and now my go to pair of pants (I’m also 5’1.5 and the regular length doesn’t touch the ground but looks like it is)
