Terrible quality and handling feedback

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the shirt and the way my refund request was handled. The shirt arrived with ripped fabric and very weak stitching, making it clear that the quality control is far below acceptable standards. After very little use, the seams started coming apart, which is completely unacceptable for a product sold at this price. What made the experience even worse was the customer service! When I contacted support requesting a refund, I was met with unhelpful responses and constant references to “policy” instead of any genuine attempt to understand the situation or help me as a customer. Good customer service should consider cases individually, especially when the product itself is clearly defective.. I have honestly never been this disappointed with an online shopping experience before. It feels like customers are not truly cared about, and policies are used as an excuse rather than focusing on fairness and customer satisfaction. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience..

Love this top!! Its my go to, super comfy and looks nice. So many compliments when wearing all black tights and a black bra!

Not quality material

I have really loved wearing it but after a month the fabric is already starting to wear out which is so surprising and disappointing considering the top and leggings I bought at the time are really good quality
