Item is nice, delivery was late

The item is beautiful. BUT, I paid for two day shipping and it did not arrive within that timeframe. The item was to be used at the wedding. We did not have it until a day after the event. I emailed customer service and have yet to have a reply. At this point, I don’t expect one.
